My name is in the title or ownership of a house that I live with my mother in Ontario.
I did not contribute money to buy the house.
Would it be the first home buyer of the time when my name is on the property?

Only perk CMHC is not buying the property to pay taxes.
Everyone can benefit from a fund of 5%. Insurance, but rather increased.
